Welcome to Binsr - Inspect, provided by Home Solutions US Corp. ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our AI-powered home inspection software ("the Service"). By accessing or using Binsr - Inspect, you agree to these Terms, forming a legally binding agreement.

1. Use of the Service

Eligibility: You must be 18 or older and have the authority to enter this agreement.

License: We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for home inspection purposes, subject to these Terms.

Account: You’re responsible for maintaining your account’s security and all activities under it.

2. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

Reverse-engineer, copy, or modify the Service.

Use the Service for illegal activities or to infringe others’ rights.

Upload content that violates copyright, privacy, or our standards (e.g., abusive material). We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations.

3. Intellectual Property

Our Rights: All software, logos, and content in Binsr - Inspect are owned by Home Solutions US Corp. or our licensors. You may not use them without permission.

Your Content: You retain ownership of inspection data you upload (photos, videos, comments) and grant us a license to use it to provide and improve the Service.

4. Payments

Fees: Subscription plans are outlined at here. Payments are processed via Stripe with no additional fees from us.

Refunds: No refunds unless required by law or stated otherwise in your plan.

5. Termination

By You: Cancel your account anytime via the Service settings.

By Us: We may terminate your access for breach of these Terms, with notice where feasible.

Effect: Upon termination, your license ends, but we may retain data as per our Privacy Policy.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties The Service is provided “as is.” We don’t guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted. Use at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Home Solutions US Corp. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Binsr - Inspect. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.

8. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Disputes will be resolved in Delaware courts.

9. Changes to Terms We may update these Terms and will notify you via email or in-app. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
